These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the DAIOps service ("Service") provided by Gemmy Studio Inc. ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
The Company provides an AI agent-based work automation platform. The Company does not develop AI language models itself, but provides features using models from trusted third-party AI providers. Users may choose a processing mode (e.g., quick, balanced, deep analysis); the actual model used is managed by the Company. The specific features and scope of the Service are published on the service screen or notified separately.
The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes registration. The Company may withhold or refuse approval.
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, equipment replacement, or service improvement, with prior notice. The Service may also be interrupted due to reasons attributable to external partners such as AI model providers.
Results generated by AI agents may be inaccurate or false (so-called hallucinations), and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for independently verifying results and must not rely on them as the sole basis for professional judgment. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or war. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Actions performed by an agent on external systems (Slack, Teams, email, etc.) within the scope of authority granted by the user are deemed to be performed under the user's direction, and the user is responsible for the results. The Company provides an approval (human-in-the-loop) feature that allows users to review and approve outbound and important actions in advance. Where a user inputs a third party's personal information into an agent, the user is responsible for securing a lawful basis for its collection and use.
Rights to data input by the user belong to the user. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company assigns to the user its rights in the output generated through the Service. However, whether copyright subsists in AI-generated output depends on applicable law and is not guaranteed by the Company, and similar or identical output may be generated for other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In case of disputes, the competent court shall be the Daejeon District Court. However, where the user is a consumer, the jurisdiction prescribed by applicable law shall apply.
